  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in the butter until the onion begins to become transparent.

    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
