- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 1 medium onion
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in the butter until the onion begins to become transparent.

2Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

3Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
