- 5 medium bell peppers
- 2 lb. ground chuck beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. crackers
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix together onion, crackers, egg, water, 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

2Cut the top of bell peppers and take the seeds out.

3Put meat inside.

4Mix garlic powder, tomato soup, water, 3 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar to make sauce. Pour everything together.

5Put bell pepper and sauce into baking pan.

6Put in oven.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
