- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles
- Velveeta cheese
- 1 small can English peas (optional)
- 1 small jar mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Brown hamburger, sausage (I use hot sausage) and onion.

2Drain grease.

3Add tomato and cream of mushroom soup.

4Cook egg noodles. Drain and add to meat.

5Put in large casserole (or 2 small ones) and cover with Velveeta cheese.

6Bake in oven at 325° until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
