- 2 lb. turkey or chicken
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 qt. water
Directions

1Cut turkey or chicken into small pieces.

2Place in 4-quart saucepan.

3Add water, garlic, onion soup mix and salt and pepper. Cook until meat is tender.

4Drain vegetables and add to turkey or chicken.

5Add cream of mushroom soup.

6Cook at 250° for 15 to 20 minutes and serve over rice or toast.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
