Berry Breakfast Dumplings

  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 9 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons orange extract
  • 1 1/2 cups berries black
  • canola oil
  • powdered sugar

    Beat softened cream cheese, sugar and extract until smooth

    Pace 1tsp cream cheese mix into each round. Folding moistened edges together until cream mix is gone.

    Combine berries and sugar in small sauce pan and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.

    Heat oil in heavy pan to 375° In batches, fry dumplings for 45-60 seconds. Drain on paper towel.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with berry sauce or drizzle it over top
