- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. whipped cream
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions

1Heat oven to 275°.

2Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy.

4Beat in 1 3/4 cups sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff and glossy.

5Very important, do not underbeat.

6Spread in pan and bake for 60 minutes.

7Turn off oven.

8Leave meringue in oven with door closed about 12 hours or overnight.
