  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, softened
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained

Directions

    Mix all ingredients with a mixer.

    Use cupcake pan, lined with cupcake liners.

    Fill them and freeze in freezer or put in one pan and cut individual servings.

    When frozen, if you are not going to use right away, wrap in foil for future enjoyment.
