Ingredients: 1/2 cups Sugar; 1/4 cups Cornstarch; 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice; 6 cups Fresh Or Frozen Berries (blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries); FOR THE TOPPING:; 1-1/4 cup Biscuit Mix (see My Recipe Box) Or Bisquick; 1/3 cups Sugar; 1/2 cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Milk; 1 Tablespoon Coarse Sugar (optional)

FOR THE TOPPING:
1-1/4 cup Biscuit Mix (see My Recipe Box) Or Bisquick
1/3 cups Sugar
1/2 cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Tablespoon Coarse Sugar (optional)

Directions

Whisk together the sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Add the lemon juice and berries. Heat over medium, stirring and cooking until thickened and clear.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 2-quart glass pan with cooking spray. Transfer the berry filling to the pan.

For the topping, stir together the biscuit mix, sugar, and milk until just combined. Drop the batter by tablespoonfuls over the filling. Sprinkle the coarse sugar over top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Remove and cool for 10 minutes. Serve warm with cream or ice cream. Leftovers are good for breakfast with a little cream poured over top.
