- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Plus Additional For Serving
- 1/2 cups Uncooked Quinoa
- 2 bags (Single Serving Size) Earl Grey Tea
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Honey, Or To Taste
- 1/2 cups Fresh Strawberries, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Mint, Diced
Directions

1In a large pot, bring almond milk to a boil.

2Once boiling, add in quinoa and tea bags, stirring well.

3Turn heat to low and cover pot.

4Let cook until milk is absorbed, about 15 minutes.

5Once quinoa is ready, remove tea bags and mix in honey.

6Divide quinoa between bowls.

7Top with strawberries and blueberries, and garnish with fresh mint.

8Pour additional almond milk over top and devour.
