Berry & Mint Breakfast Quinoa

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Plus Additional For Serving
  • 1/2 cups Uncooked Quinoa
  • 2 bags (Single Serving Size) Earl Grey Tea
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Honey, Or To Taste
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Strawberries, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Mint, Diced

Directions

    In a large pot, bring almond milk to a boil.

    Once boiling, add in quinoa and tea bags, stirring well.

    Turn heat to low and cover pot.

    Let cook until milk is absorbed, about 15 minutes.

    Once quinoa is ready, remove tea bags and mix in honey.

    Divide quinoa between bowls.

    Top with strawberries and blueberries, and garnish with fresh mint.

    Pour additional almond milk over top and devour.
