  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup red raspberry preserves

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Beat butter and cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

    Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Blend in vanilla.

    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

    Add to cream cheese mixture alternately with the milk, mixing well after each addition.

    Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan; dot with preserves.

    Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
