- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup red raspberry preserves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Beat butter and cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

3Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.

4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5Blend in vanilla.

6Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

7Add to cream cheese mixture alternately with the milk, mixing well after each addition.

8Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan; dot with preserves.

9Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.

10Bake 35 min.
