  • 1 (8-inch) angel food cake, cut into 1/2-inch squares
  • 1 (No. 2) can (2 c.) strawberry pie filing or any filling of your choice
  • 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream

    Put half cake squares in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Spoon pie filling over cake.

    Top with remaining cake squares.

    Combine pudding, milk and sour cream and beat until smooth.

    Chill several hours.
