- 1 (6 ounce) container yogurt
- 12 cup ice cube
- 14 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
Directions

1Enter the liquid ingredients and powder into a blender.

3Add ice and blend until all of the cubes are crushed and the mixture is smooth.
