  • 2 cups mixed berries (like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or 1 cup dessert tofu
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 12-1 cup apple juice

Directions

    Start with 1/2 cup apple juice then add more juice to get the desired thickness.
