  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Directions

    Combine berries, sugar, chia seeds and milk in blender till smooth

    Add ice till smooth, for thinner smoothie add a little more milk.

    Thicker smoothie add plain yogurt.
