- 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. any berries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.

3Fold berries into bowl of dry ingredients and then combine contents of two bowls together (if using cranberries, increase brown sugar to 1/2 cup). Fill paper lined or greased muffins tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
