Berry-Vanilla Shake

  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 pint low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen, thawed
  • Honey to taste, optional

Directions

    Blend milk, yogurt and berries in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides of blender once or twice as necessary. Taste and blend in honey, if desired. Pour into glasses and serve.
