- 3 to 4 jalapeno or Fresno chiles
- 5 medium tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 bunch coriander (cilantro)
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 pinch cumin powder (1/4 tsp.)
- 1 juice of lemon or lime
Directions

1Brown chiles and tomatoes on all sides.

2Put in a brown paper bag or plastic bag until it reaches room temperature.

3Peel off stems and skin and put in a bowl.

4Add minced garlic, green onions and the remaining ingredients.

5Hand mix and chop all ingredients together.

6(Should be room temperature or chilled).
