Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 (8 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. farina
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. Apollo strudel leaves
Directions

1Combine in mixing bowl the cooked, drained spinach, onion, Feta and cottage cheeses, farina, dill and egg.

2Mix well and add olive oil.

3Working quickly, brush strudel leaves with melted butter.

4Fold in half.

5Place a small portion of filling at one end.

6Fold like a flag, triangle or individual portion for side dish.

7Brush with butter.

8Place on greased cookie sheet or pan. Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
