  • 1 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 1/2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 - 3 inch pieces
  • 2 cups crimini mushrooms, wiped clean, halved and sliced
  • 3 baby bok choy, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • freshly cracked black pepper

Directions

    In a wok, add the grapeseed oil over medium high heat and when almost smoking add the onion and bell pepper. Saute, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add the green beans and mushrooms and saute for another 2 minutes. Add the bok choy garlic, soy and fish sauce and saute until wilted. Add pepper and serve immediately.
