  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 packages Hawaiian Rolls Sandwich Rolls
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 slice American Cheese

Directions

    Divide the breakfast sausage into quarter pound patties and cook in skillet.

    Remove from pan and place on paper towel to remove grease.
  3. 3
    Cut a hole out of the center of each patty.
  4. 4
    Return sausage patty to pan and add an egg to center hole that was created.
  5. 5
    Cook egg as desired.

    Toast Hawaiian Rolls and place american cheese and sausage patty/egg onto it.

    Cut through center with knife.
  8. 8
    Use the bread to soak up all that good runny yolk!
