  • 250 grams butter
  • 250 grams dark chocolate
  • 6 eggs
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler.

    Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.

    Add vanilla.

    Mix the chocolate mixture in the egg mixture then add the flour.

    If you want nuts sprinkle them on the bottom of the pan and add the batter.

    Bake at 180C for about 25 to 35 minutes.

    Let it cool, cut and enjoy.
