  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can cream style corn
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl.

    Add in buttermilk, butter, corn and Large eggs.

    Batter will be lumpy.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
