  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. snipped or dried parsley
  • paprika

    Halve eggs; remove yolks and mash with a fork.
