- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. snipped or dried parsley
- paprika
Directions

1Halve eggs; remove yolks and mash with a fork.

2Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and parsley.
