Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb) package Velveeta cheese (shredded)
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper (or Emeril's BAMM !)
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer (Coors)

Directions

    Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.

    (Mixer can be used but it takes a long time to get it smooth.) Let stand in refrigerator 24- 48 hours and serve with Crackers or Celery sticks.
