  • 6 eggs hard boiled
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika more for sprinkling
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions

    Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and put into a bowl. Set egg whites aside.

    In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork.

    Add mayonnaise, parsley, chives, mustard, dill weed, salt, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well with a small spatula.

    Add milk, stirring to incorporate.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    This recipe can easily be doubled. If doubling, use 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. Plain Greek yogurt can be substituted for the mayonnaise. I have tried 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise and 2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt, and it tastes great!
