  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 lb swiss cheese
  • 34 cup parmesan cheese
