  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallot
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 4 bakery-style hot dog buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Directions

    Place lobster, mayonnaise, olive oil, shallot, chives, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix with a spatula until combined. Cover and place in the refrigerator.
