Best Mexican Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 can tomato sauce ( or i prefer to use tomato bullion cube)
  • 1 tsp chicken bullion ( or half a cube)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chop cilantro
  • 2 cup water

Directions

    Melt butter in medium skillet, add rice and saute about 7 min.

    Pour in water, half of cilantro, half of can tomato sauce ( or 1 bullion cube) and chicken bullion.

    bring water to boil and fully dissolve bullion.

    When water is boiling, cover and reduce heat.
  5. 5
    simmer 15-20 min, until water is fully absorbed.

    DO NOT REMOVE COVER DURING 15-20 min, the rice will come out crunchy.

    Sprinkle remaining cilantro over rice.

    Serve and enjoy!
