Ingredients
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 pkg. dry yeast with 1 c. lukewarm water
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Combine boiling water, shortening, sugar and salt.

2Blend and cool.

3Add eggs.

4Sprinkle yeast into lukewarm water; stir until dissolved.

5Combine with egg mixture.

6Blend in flour.

7Cover and refrigerate.

8This will keep 1 week to 10 days.

9About 3 hours before using rolls, shape, using only enough extra flour to make them easy to handle.

10Place on greased pan and allow to rise 3 hours at room temperature or until double in bulk.

11Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
