  • 9 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 8 ounces, weight Canned Water Chestnuts, Chopped
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Dip Mix

    Defrost frozen spinach and soak up all of the extra moisture with paper towels.

    Prepare the red pepper and water chestnuts.

    Set these aside for a moment.

    Mix together the cream cheese and sour cream in a decent sized serving bowl.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

    We prefer to let it sit overnight for best flavor and texture but you can serve it right after making it as well.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
