  • 4 c. chopped raw pears, peeled
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. allspice

    Mix pears, pecans and sugar; then set aside.

    Beat eggs; add oil, flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.

    Add pear mixture; mix well.

    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
