- 4 c. chopped raw pears, peeled
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. allspice
Directions

1Mix pears, pecans and sugar; then set aside.

2Beat eggs; add oil, flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.

3Add pear mixture; mix well.

4Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
