Best Yet Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 pkg. green peas and carrots, thawed
  • 7 medium radishes
  • 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 c. Kraft mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper or to taste

Directions

    Run hot water over spinach in bowl; drain, squeezing out excess water.

    Thaw peas and carrots with hot water; drain. Quarter the radishes, then half each quarter.

    Mix all these ingredients in a large bowl and sprinkle with dry soup mix.

    Dump in sour cream and mayonnaise.

    Put next 5 ingredients on top of mayonnaise and begin to stir into mayonnaise, stirring and mixing well.

    Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving.

    Before serving, stir well again and put into serving bowl.

    Surround with wheat thins, Triscuits, Ritz crackers, Melba rounds or Frito Scoops.
