  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
  • 1 small pkg. lime jello
  • 2 (3 oz.) or 1 large cream cheese
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. chopped English walnuts

Directions

    Heat pineapple to boiling.

    Add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set.

    Soften cream cheese.

    Add to gelatin mixture and blend.

    Fold in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold; chill until set.
