- 3/4 pound ground turkey breast
- 3/4 pound very lean ground beef
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon oil
Directions

1Put all the ingredients except the oil in a food processor and grind completely, but not too finely.

2Shape into 4 patties.

3Heat a heavy skillet, preferably one with a non-stick lining, until it is very hot.

4Grease lightly with oil, and saute burgers until they are crusty on both sides and medium done inside.
