  • 3/4 pound ground turkey breast
  • 3/4 pound very lean ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Directions

    Put all the ingredients except the oil in a food processor and grind completely, but not too finely.

    Shape into 4 patties.

    Heat a heavy skillet, preferably one with a non-stick lining, until it is very hot.

    Grease lightly with oil, and saute burgers until they are crusty on both sides and medium done inside.
