  • 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk (can use less)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • Cool Whip
  • coconut, cherries and nuts

Directions

    Bake cake; poke holes in it, using large fork.

    Combine pineapple and sugar; bring to a boil.

    Pour over hot cake; cool completely.

    Combine pudding, milk and cream cheese.

    Let set slightly; pour over cake.

    Cover with layer of sliced bananas. Top with Cool Whip, coconut, cherries and nuts.
