- 1/2 c. dry milk powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients.

2Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat.

3Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

4Remove chicken from marinade; coat each piece with crumbs.

5Arrange on a shallow baking pan.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Yield:
