  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla or pineapple pudding mix
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • coconut
  • chopped nuts

    Prepare cake mix.

    Bake in sheet pan.

    While cake bakes, boil pineapple and sugar.

    Puncture cake with fork and pour pineapple over it while hot. Let cool.

    Prepare pudding according to directions and spread on cake.

    After cake has been cooled completely, spread with Cool Whip.

    Then decorate with coconut and nuts.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
