- 6 Tbsp. lite corn oil spread
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1/2 c. egg substitute or 2 slightly beaten egg whites
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly spray 8-inch square pan.

3In medium saucepan, melt margarine.

4Add sugar and stir until blended.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in cocoa and vanilla.

7Add egg substitute and stir.

8Stir in flour and nuts.

9Pour into prepared pan and bake 25 minutes or until edges pull away from pan.

10Cool in pan; sprinkle with powdered sugar.

11Cut into 16 squares.
