  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper

    Mix together sausage and Swiss cheese.

    Beat eggs and add half and half, onion and green pepper.

    Put in bottom of pie crust. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
