  • 1 each onion, chopped
  • 1 each bell pepper chopped
  • 1 each tomato chopped
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 1/2 each raw mango (optional)
  • 1/4 cup corriander leaves
  • 1 each green chilli chopped
  • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp submereged in little water
  • 1 tsp date syrup
  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 1/4 cup bhel
  • 1 tbsp lime

Directions

    Mix the chopped vegetables together and season

    Strain the tamarind and discard the pulp.

    Add the date syrup to the tamarind juice
  4. 4
    Just before serving mix the vegetables, the sauce and toppings together
