- 1 each tomato chopped
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1/2 each raw mango (optional)
- 1/4 cup corriander leaves
- 1 each green chilli chopped
- 1 tbsp tamarind pulp submereged in little water
- 1 tsp date syrup
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1/4 cup bhel
- 1 tbsp lime
Directions

1Mix the chopped vegetables together and season

2Strain the tamarind and discard the pulp.

3Add the date syrup to the tamarind juice

4Just before serving mix the vegetables, the sauce and toppings together
