  • 500 g ladyfingers, finely washed wiped and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely sliced onions
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 g turmeric powder
  • salt
  • 2 g chili powder
  • 2 g amchoor powder

    fry the onions until golden brown.add ginger paste and green chillies to it.

    add salt , tumeric powder , chilli powder , .

    add chopped ladyfingers .cover with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.stir it add dry mango powder .and cook for again 3 minutes.
