  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dried beef, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Put all ingredients except the dried beef in a blender.

    Blend well.

    Stir in the chopped dried beef.

    Pour into a casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serve hot with pumpernickel bread or crackers.
