- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 c. flour
- 5 c. canola oil
Directions

1Beat egg whites; add salt, baking powder, vanilla extract, sugar, margarine and milk.

2Mix in flour until dough can be rolled without sticking to roller.

3Roll dough until 1/8-inch thick.

4Cut dough into 2-inch squares and cook in hot oil.

5Turn the biegnets over as they rise in the oil and remove when amber in color. Cover the biegnets with powdered sugar and serve for breakfast with coffee or hot chocolate.
