- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 small head (20 oz.) cabbage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground chuck and onion.

2Add cabbage to mixture and steam.

3Add cream of mushroom soup to mixture and continue steaming until ingredients have cooked through.

4Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 can of crescent rolls.

5Top rolls with hamburger mixture.

6Top with Cheddar cheese and top cheese with second can of crescent rolls.

7Pinch this layer of rolls together. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350° oven.

8Casserole may be frozen.
