- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 1/2 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Thaw dough and let rise. Divide into 6 balls.

2Simmer onion, fat and monosodium glutamate.

3Add ground beef and cabbage; saute until cabbage wilts.

4Roll dough into squares.

5Lift meat mixture with slotted spoon and place on squares.

6Fold edges of dough to cover filling.

7Place on baking sheet and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8If desired, place cheese slices on top and melt for last minute of cooking.
