- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 6 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. beef
- 1/2 c. onion
- 3 c. cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Mix first 7 ingredients and chill for several hours.

2Brown beef and onion in skillet, add cabbage, pepper and Tabasco.

3Cover skillet.

4Continue cooking over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.

5Cool slightly.

6Roll out dough into thin sheets, cut in 5-inch squares.

7Place 2 tablespoons meat mixture on each square.

8Pinch edges together and place pinched sides down on greased cookie sheet.

9Let rise 15 minutes.

10Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
