- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 2 pounds (1 quart) sauerkraut, drained
- 1 batch yeast dough
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt or less
Directions

1Brown beef, sausage and onion.

2Drain well.

3Add salt and pepper, mix together with sauerkraut.

4Place tablespoonful of filling in center of 5 inch square of bread dough.

5Close and pinch together corners and set onto greased baking sheet to rise. Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown, 20-25 minutes.

6Makes 2 dozen.
