Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef; 1 pound ground sausage; 2 pounds (1 quart) sauerkraut, drained; 1 batch yeast dough; 1 large onion, chopped; 2 tsp. pepper; 2 tsp. salt or less

1 pound ground sausage
2 pounds (1 quart) sauerkraut, drained
1 batch yeast dough
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt or less

Directions

Brown beef, sausage and onion.

Drain well.

Add salt and pepper, mix together with sauerkraut.

Place tablespoonful of filling in center of 5 inch square of bread dough.

Close and pinch together corners and set onto greased baking sheet to rise. Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
