- 1 qt. tomato juice or whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. steak sauce
- 1 c. cold water
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Stir ingredients together and place over roast that has been placed in a big iron skillet or pan and sprinkled with meat tenderizer.

2Cover with lid or aluminum foil tightly.

3Bake in a 350° oven for approximately 3 hours.

4Potatoes, carrots, whole cloves and celery can be cooked in the same pan with beef.
