  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach, Torn
  • 1/2 cups Ken's Steakhouse Northern Italian Dressing
  • 1 can (about 8 Oz. Can) Corn, Drained
  • 3 whole Vine-ripened Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 can (about 10 Oz. Can) Chickpeas, Drained
  • 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Medium Pitted Black Olives, Drained
  • 1 bunch Scallions, Chopped

    Place the spinach leaves on a plate, drizzle with the dressing and toss to coat. Scatter the corn over the spinach and follow it with the tomatoes, then the chick peas, then the olives and scallions.
