- 5 cups glutinous rice
- 6 cups water
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 3 cans coconut milk
Directions

1Boil glutinous rice in rice cooker.

2While rice is cooking,

3cook in big wok the 3 cups of brown sugar and 3 cans of coconut milk till thick.

4Set aside 1 or 11/2 cups of coconut syrup for topping

5When rice is cooked place in coconut syrup and mix well in a 9/11 pyrex dish.

6Top with 1 cup coconut syrup.Bake for 45 minutes or till topping is brown and bubbly.
